To support Network Members to the fullest extent possible.
To comply with standard operating procedures and security guidelines.
To pay invoices to other PBLA Members in a timely manner. To be active in sales endeavours to encourage mutual growth.
To respect other member’s existing customer base and confidential business data.
To provide bona fide sales leads when possible.
To provide best quality service and comply with any written agreements and/or contracts that exists between Members.
To inform PBLA of any delinquencies and long-standing disputes, financial or otherwise, involving another PBLA member.
To promptly inform PBLA of any changes in the company’s legal registration, financial and fiscal matters that may impact the good standing of the company in the Network.

Membership Fees
• The Annual Membership Fees are published by PBLA – Premier Bulk Liquids Alliance.
• Membership Fees are billed in US-Dollars for a 12 -month period.
• Membership Fees are subject to additional banking charges.
• Membership Fees must be paid via bank transfer within 10 days of the invoice date.
• Renewal Membership Fees are to be received by the due date of the invoice.
PBLA Global Meeting
The PBLA Global Meetings will be organized in a timely manner, allowing each Member to plan and arrange their participation in advance. It is highly recommended that all Members participate in every Global Meeting. Members are required to attend at least one out of two annual meetings.
Termination of Membership
Member may resign from PBLA at any time.
• PBLA Head Office must receive a 30-day written Notice of Resignation.
• PBLA will confirm the requested termination in writing.
• Member will be removed from the Membership Directory.
• All program privileges offered by PBLA will be revoked.
PBLA reserves the right to terminate Membership, based on: -Breach of any Membership Rules and/or Code of Ethics -Material changes negatively affecting a Member (loss of mandatory licenses, permits and insurances, any adverse limitation in the Member’s financial and/or fiscal status, change of ownership).
It is at the discretion of PBLA to make final and irrevocable decisions in each individual case. Members, when terminated, are obligated to remove and refrain from using any PBLA Logos, Marketing Materials and/or the PBLA Brand Name. Resignation or termination of Membership does not entitle the Member to any refund of annual fees.
PBLA Privacy Policy
Please note that by uploading company logos, pictures and company descriptions, you are authorizing PBLA to use the material for PBLA Meetings, Conferences and Membership Announcements.
PBLA fully respects the right to privacy and is committed to maintaining the confidentiality, security and privacy of the Member’s information, traffic data and communications content.
PBLA will not sell, rent, trade or otherwise transfer any personal and/or traffic data or communications content without your explicit permission, unless it is obliged to do so under applicable laws or by order of the competent authorities.
Please note that information that you voluntarily make public in your profile(s), or which you disclose on chats or discussions forums will be available to view by other PBLA Members.
PBLA may have disclose some information to respond to legal requirements, exercise legal rights or defend against legal claims, to protect PBLA’s interests, fight against fraud and to enforce our policies or to protect anyone's rights, property, or safety

The Payment Protection Plan is designated to allow financial support toward loss of freight payments incurred due to an insolvent or bankrupt member.
The PBLA Payment Protection Plan yearly contribution schedule: First year: USD 500.00, subsequent years: USD 250.00
Important: Non-participating members cannot access the Payment Protection Plan.

The Membership is renewable annually, and we offer an automatic renewal policy for the convenience of our members. Unless you choose to opt-out of automatic renewal, your membership will be automatically renewed every year on the anniversary of your enrolment.
To cancel your membership, you must provide written notice of your intent to cancel at least 30 days before your membership renewal date. The notice must be sent in writing to PBLA and or your designated contact person; email communication will also be accepted.
Please note that if you do not provide notice of your intent to cancel at least 30 days before your renewal date, your membership will be renewed for another year, and you will be responsible for the annual membership fee.
